Position Overview

Alliance Marketing Partners (AMP), a leader in experiential and field marketing, is seeking a dynamic Experiential Marketing Manager to oversee and execute Dunkin’ beverage sampling activations across the Central Atlantic. Based out of the Baltimore area, this hands-on role combines event operations, team leadership, and brand stewardship. The Experiential Marketing Manager will manage a Dunkin’ branded food truck, lead on-site Brand Ambassadors, ensure all activations are executed to brand standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Program Execution & Operations Drive and manage a Dunkin’ 30ft branded food truck for scheduled activations across the Central Atlantic region. Prepare and serve Dunkin’ beverages according to brand-approved product build instructions. Ensure all sampling events meet Dunkin’ experiential marketing standards, creating engaging and memorable brand interactions. Maintain truck cleanliness, operational safety, and adherence to health department requirements. Team Management Recruit, train, and manage on-site Brand Ambassadors during events. Provide clear direction, scheduling, and oversight to ensure effective engagement and consistent messaging. Serve as primary on-site leader, resolving issues and ensuring smooth event flow. Compliance & Safety Maintain active Food Safety Certification and ensure proper handling of all beverages and supplies. Adhere to all local/state health regulations and company compliance policies. Oversee inventory management, including product, cups, and branded materials. Logistics & Driving Safely drive and maneuver a Dunkin’ 30ft branded food truck to and from activation sites. Coordinate vehicle upkeep, fueling, and service appointments. Manage event load-in, set-up, execution, and breakdown. Reporting & Communication Track sampling counts, consumer engagement, and product feedback for reporting purposes. Communicate event recaps, staffing feedback, and operational insights to the Program Director. Qualifications

Food Safety Certification required (ServSafe Manager Certification). We will sponsor this course & exam. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a branded food truck. 3–5 years of experience in experiential marketing, field marketing, or event management (preferred). Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate Brand Ambassadors. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle fast-paced, high-energy activations. Hands-on, self-starter mindset with a passion for consumer engagement. A DOT Physical/medical exam to obtain a DOT medical card will be required. We will sponsor this appointment. Ability to lift 40 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods. Ability to work weekends and holidays – the schedule of events varies week to week, but you will always have 2 consecutive break days a week. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
