$90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Senior Property Manager We’re seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee our commercial portfolio (non-residential/multifamily, not apartments or condos). If you have 5+ years in commercial property management and a solid track record in lease administration, financial reporting, and tenant relations, this role offers a chance to take ownership and grow with us. What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain asset plans, oversee daily operations, and foster strong relationships with owners and tenants. Ensure lease compliance, mitigate risks, and resolve challenges with practical solutions. Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, CAM reconciliations, and reports. Oversee tenant improvements and inspect buildings/grounds to maintain high standards. Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor/service contracts while ensuring quality and cost efficiency. Partner with senior executives and provide analytical support. What Sets You Apart
Hands-on commercial property management experience (non-residential/multifamily). Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities. Ability to work independently while building strong client and tenant relationships. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred. What We Offer
