As VP of Sales & Marketing, you’ll report directly to the owner and serve as a key strategic leader driving growth, brand direction, market expansion, and customer experience. You’ll also oversee the Customer Service team, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and execute sales and marketing strategy aligned with business goals

Lead and mentor teams across sales, marketing, and customer service

Drive revenue growth and customer retention

Oversee branding, communications, and product positioning

Analyze market trends and competitor activity

Collaborate with operations and product teams

Establish KPIs and performance metrics across departments

Represent the company at industry events and with key accounts

Participate in executive-level strategic planning

Qualifications:

10+ years in senior sales/marketing leadership in manufacturing or industrial B2B

Experience managing customer service teams or functions

Proven track record of driving growth and leading cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Excellent communication and executive presence

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
