Key Responsibilities: Set and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy in alignment with business goals Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals across multiple channels Expand market share and drive revenue growth through proactive pipeline development and customer retention Oversee branding, communications, and product positioning strategies Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform decisions Collaborate closely with operations and product teams to ensure alignment between demand and delivery Establish KPIs and implement metrics to measure team and campaign performance Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and with key customer accounts Participate in strategic planning conversations at the executive level, working directly with the ownership team
Qualifications: Proven track record in senior sales and marketing leadership within a manufacturing or industrial B2B environment 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, team-first approach Ability to analyze data, trends, and markets to build forward-looking strategies Excellent communication and executive presence — comfortable reporting to and advising company ownership Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
