Position Overview
The Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) invites applications for Fiscal Analyst 3 (PeopleSoft Finance). As part of SBCTC's Business Operations Division, this PeopleSoft Finance Fiscal Analyst 3 will perform the user-facing support role responsible for providing functional support services to the business users of the PeopleSoft Finance suite. Headquartered in Olympia, this position requires the ability to understand complex user issues, research for answers, and provide working hands-on knowledge and support to users unfamiliar with the PeopleSoft Finance suite as applied to their specific business processes. Strong written, planning, and oral communication skills required. This position may be eligible for some telework. SBCTC Mission and Vision Statement

Provide database management of customers and suppliers to support end users. Assist in maintaining global chart of accounts. Assist in maintaining tree structures used in control, functionality and reporting. Provide backup for OFM Treasurer transactions for the colleges. Provide support to the Approval Workflow process in reviewing and approving budgetary data. Successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of accounting or data entry experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. HOW TO APPLY
