Commercial Sales Professional – Braman Termite and Pest Elimination Responsibilities

You’ll be out and about — mobile, independent, and growing your career with a clear view of next steps. You’ll be the face of Braman to your local community, with the backing of a national brand, and your clients will count on you to protect their businesses and livelihoods.

You’ll spend a few months in training. After obtaining state-required licenses and certificates, you’ll take the lead with your own customers.

You’ll be onboarded and trained by an onsite entomologist and industry experts. You’ll get paid to get licensed, a credential you’ll retain for life.

What Your Days Will Look Like

Complete training modules and apply them in the field with our Sales Manager and in-the-field supervisors. You’ll gain product knowledge and sales techniques for the full Braman services suite, and support through state licensing and company requirements.

Travel throughout your assigned territory to call on regular and prospective commercial customers to solicit sales.

Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads from diverse sources.

Inspect and assess pest problems and propose Braman solutions following company policy and pricing.

Deliver exceptional customer experience, follow up on satisfaction, and nurture long-term relationships. Navigate commercial properties and management considerations; handle delinquent accounts with professionalism.

Meet and greet potential customers to generate new business for the branch.

Some Non-Negotiables

Hunter mentality and willingness to engage with prospects face to face to start conversations.

High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Strong customer service, communication, and critical thinking skills; 2+ years of B2B sales experience.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Willingness and ability to travel to Braman’s various branches as needed.
