Location:

San Francisco (Onsite, 5 days in a week)

Compensation:

$100k - $150k per annum, with competitive equity.

Years of Experience:

2 - 8 years of experience in an AE, SDR, GTM.

A Demonstrated Track Record of consistently

exceeding quota

and closing

7-figure enterprise deals .

Visa Sponsorships Available.

Familiarity with the modern GTM stack - Attio, Clay, Smartlead etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end acquisition of recruiters and boutique agencies — from sourcing and pitching to closing and expansion.

Qualify and onboard high-potential recruiters who can thrive on our platform.

Build scalable outbound systems to consistently generate strong pipeline.

Develop and expand long-term partnerships with top agencies, turning small wins into multi-7-figure accounts.

Shape the sales playbook that will scale our recruiter ecosystem to thousands of partners.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market needs with platform growth.

Drive both fast SMB-style deal velocity and enterprise-level deal values.

Help redefine how recruiters are empowered and valued in the future of hiring.
