San Francisco (Onsite, 5 days in a week) Compensation
Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr, with competitive equity. Years of Experience:
2 - 8 years of experience in an AE, SDR, GTM. Other compensation details provided by the recruiter. Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end acquisition of recruiters and boutique agencies — from sourcing and pitching to closing and expansion. Qualify and onboard high-potential recruiters who can thrive on our platform. Build scalable outbound systems to consistently generate strong pipeline. Develop and expand long-term partnerships with top agencies, turning small wins into multi-7-figure accounts. Shape the sales playbook that will scale our recruiter ecosystem to thousands of partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market needs with platform growth. Drive both fast SMB-style deal velocity and enterprise-level deal values. Help redefine how recruiters are empowered and valued in the future of hiring. Qualifications
Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota and closing 7-figure enterprise deals. Familiarity with the modern GTM stack (Attio, Clay, Smartlead, etc.). Relevant experience in sales and business development within Staffing, Recruiting, IT Services, or IT Consulting sectors. Ability to own end-to-end processes and build partnerships with recruiters and agencies. Seniority level
