Overview
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Campaign Manager within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Payables line of business and will be supporting three major Lines of Business. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing Directors from each team to execute an annual inbound lead generation strategy. This role combines strategic planning, multi-channel campaign development, execution, and robust performance reporting—all aligned to Corpay’s marketing best practices. You’ll be the primary point of ownership for inbound campaigns, ensuring that demand generation efforts are scalable, measurable, and aligned with both business and revenue goals. This position will report directly into our Marketing Director. Role Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning Partner with the Marketing Directors to define and develop the inbound demand generation strategy, aligned with annual and LOB objectives. Build and manage a campaign calendar with clearly defined goals, targeting criteria, and success metrics. Campaign Execution Execute campaigns across channels—email, digital advertising, social, content syndication, and automation platforms. Coordinate creative and messaging efforts with the Strategic Content team to ensure consistency and quality. Nurture & Automation Manage, support, and execute strategy for marketing automation workflows (email nurtures, lead scoring, triggers, and routing logic) to drive engagement and funnel progression. Performance & Reporting Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement rates, pipeline contribution, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to improve performance continuously. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Creative, SalesOps, Data Analytics, and other stakeholders to support seamless alignment on campaign execution, lead handoff, and data integrity. Ensure marketing plays integrate with overall ABM and inbound strategies, enhancing both efficiency and scalability for all lines of business. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field). 3+ years of experience in campaign management—ideally in B2B or demand generation environments. Demonstrated experience with automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, etc.), campaign execution, and performance reporting. Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with marketing metrics and dashboards. Strong communication and project management abilities, with experience coordinating across multiple functions.
