The Salesforce Data Cloud enables real-time data to reimagine the Customer 360, allowing businesses to create impactful customer interactions at scale. You will be part of our Data Cloud Specialist selling team, shaping the future of customer engagement. We are looking for professionals with extensive experience in highly technical B2B sales, collaborating with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Data Cloud can meet their business goals. What you'll be doing
Employ your experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales to identify and engage potential Data Cloud clients. Leverage knowledge of the Salesforce platform, Data Cloud, Tableau, and AgentForce to craft tailored solutions. Source and qualify Data Cloud opportunities that fit our ideal customer profile. Lead discovery conversations to uncover critical business needs and determine how Data Cloud can help. Craft and present Points of View (PoVs) that demonstrate the business value of Data Cloud. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to provide a seamless client experience throughout the sales process. Highlight how solutions align with clients' long-term strategic objectives. Present Data Cloud use cases that resonate with technical and business buyers. What you should have
10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within highly technical sales. Expertise in modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau). Understanding of Salesforce advantages across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud to relate Data Cloud requirements to customer needs. A strong business acumen for impactful discovery conversations. A proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets in technical sales. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Skill Set/Technologies
Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds), technical sales, negotiation techniques, Cloud Data Warehouse technologies, Business Intelligence (Tableau). Salesforce Data Cloud. Characteristics
