Capital Machine and Modern Machinery Company are now hiring for an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist as a full-time job in Dallas, TX. The
ABM Specialist
is responsible for owning and executing all
demand generation campaigns not tied to parts/service , with a focus on equipment sales, tooling sales, automation solutions, and new customer acquisition. Working closely with sales engineers and the sales leadership, this role is the
bridge between marketing strategy and field execution
in Capital’s account-based GTM model. Campaign Execution - Own execution of key campaigns, deploy ABM flows in HubSpot, launch and optimize campaigns across specific geographies and customer segments Territory Launch Enablement - Build new territory entry playbook, partner with sales leaders and sales engineers to active campaigns in new territories Account Intelligence & Segmentation - Create account lists, apply segmentation logic, and personalize messaging at scale Pipeline Influence & Measurement - Track campaign-generated MQLs, SQLs, and revenue impact using HubSpot and SuperOffice, report on campaign performance at the account level; drive continuous optimization Qualifications
4+ years of B2B marketing experience with focus on account-based marketing or enterprise demand generation Deep experience with HubSpot or similar ABM platforms Proven ability to run multi-step email and retargeting campaigns targeting specific account tiers Strong alignment with sales teams; understands field motion and revenue goals Familiarity with industrial/distribution sectors a plus Capital Machine and Modern Machinery Company offer a competitive salary along with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off and holidays, a company vehicle or mileage reimbursement, provided tools and equipment, and ample opportunities for professional growth and development.
