Prioritizing leadership, accountability, and collaboration, we equip our teams to work at the highest levels possible. **Job Summary:**The Claims Advocate assists clients of the agency in reporting and monitoring of claims, which includes taking initial loss notice, getting loss notice to the appropriate carrier company, communicating with client, tracking claims payments, and following the claim until closed by the carrier company.
