We’re seeking a

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

to join our team as an

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Program Coordinator . In this role, you’ll provide specialized consultation, support, and guidance to interdisciplinary teams, families, and service providers working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring evidence-based interventions, developing resources, and collaborating with community partners to improve outcomes for individuals with ASD. Key Responsibilities

Provide support and consultation to families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams serving individuals with challenging behaviors. Ensure the use of evidence-based ASD interventions by service providers. Participate in ongoing quality improvement and resource development activities. Analyze data, track trends, and prepare reports on ASD and Regional Center services. Ensure services are culturally and age-appropriate, supporting successful implementation. Educate and consult with families, clients, and community agencies on evidence-based practices. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications

Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or Social Work (preferred). Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required. Minimum 2 years in the field of developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. Strong skills in communication, organization, planning, and leadership. Ability to meet deadlines, prepare reports, and deliver clear presentations. Familiarity with community-based ASD programs is a plus. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (role requires frequent travel).
