Future Opportunity: Telecommunications SME (Evergreen Requisition)
This is a pipeline requisition. We are not actively hiring for this role at the moment, but we are building a network of telecommunications experts for future opportunities supporting federal infrastructure, emergency communications, and modernization initiatives.
Corner Alliance is a mission-driven government consulting firm that partners with federal agencies to drive change through stakeholder-centered solutions, innovative ideas, and client loyalty. We’re looking to connect with SMEs who bring deep technical knowledge and strategic insight into telecom systems, spectrum management, and network modernization.
What You Might Work On
Advising federal clients on telecommunications strategy, architecture, and modernization
Supporting spectrum policy, emergency communications, and interoperability initiatives
Evaluating and recommending telecom technologies (e.g., 5G, VoIP, satellite, fiber)
Developing technical documentation, white papers, and policy recommendations
Collaborating with engineers, program managers, and federal stakeholders
What We Look For
Deep expertise in telecommunications systems, infrastructure, and policy
Experience supporting federal agencies such as DHS, NTIA, DoD, or FCC
Familiarity with telecom standards, spectrum management, and network security
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Certifications such as CWNE, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, or PMP
US Citizenship or permanent residency required
Experience supporting DoD or other cleared federal environments is highly valued; active security clearance is a plus but not required.
Location
Remote (U.S. Based) | Onsite work in the DC-metro area may be required depending on the contract
