The Practice currently consists of 5 partners, 2 salaried GPs,3 nurses and a supportive admin and reception team who care for a list size of10,000 patients.

Weare a training practice and offer high levels of support and training in anyareas of development for GP registrars and indeed all staff.
Thepost-holder will manage a caseload that includes a wide range of health needsin a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for allregistered and temporary patients.
Main duties of the job
In accordance with the Practice timetable, as agreed, thepost-holder will make him/her-self available to undertake a variety of dutiesincluding surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visitingpatients at home, checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing withqueries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation topresenting problems, whether self-referred or referred from other healthcareworkers within the organisation.
