About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Leasing & Marketing Manager
to oversee leasing operations for our coliving units and studio apartments while leading all branding and marketing initiatives. This role combines sales expertise with creative marketing execution—ideal for a professional who can close leases while building our brand presence across digital and physical platforms.
Key Responsibilities Leasing & Sales
Drive leasing performance for coliving units and studio apartments to meet or exceed occupancy targets.
Manage the full leasing cycle: lead generation, tours, tenant qualification, application processing, and closing.
Build strong relationships with prospects and residents, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Track leasing KPIs (conversion rates, lead sources, occupancy trends) and provide regular reports to leadership.
Marketing & Branding
Develop and execute a marketing strategy to drive occupancy and brand visibility.
Oversee all content creation for property marketing—photos, videos, copywriting, and digital assets.
Manage the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Spotify, Google Ads).
Collaborate with creative teams, influencers, and partners to amplify brand presence.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, both online and offline.
Advertising & Campaigns
Plan and manage ad budgets for paid campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, Google).
Monitor campaign performance, optimizing for lead generation, engagement, and ROI.
Create targeted campaigns to attract diverse tenant demographics (students, young professionals, creatives).
Collaboration & Site Presence
Partner with operations and property management to ensure marketing and leasing strategies align with on-the-ground needs.
Be the on-site brand ambassador—ensuring properties are tour-ready and visually aligned with brand standards.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in leasing, real estate marketing, or property management (coliving/multifamily experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, paid ads, and social media growth strategies.
Experience using CRM or leasing platforms (Guesty, Yardi, DoorLoop, or similar).
Proven track record of hitting leasing and sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Creative thinker with strong copywriting and content development abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 DOE
