**Role Overview** Sprinklr created the category for enterprise social media management and we’re seeking a Senior Manager of Social Media to lead our global social media presence across owned platforms. This individual is responsible for developing and executing a cohesive social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and thought leadership. The company is going through a transformation, and this individual will have the opportunity to design and implement new social strategies and content programs for the brand. The ideal candidate is a strategic, creative thinker with deep experience managing social media for enterprise brands (B2B or B2C), and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on enterprise brands (B2B or B2C).Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for brand voice and tone. Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Sprinklr platform experience a plus). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities.Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Experience** Experience working in-house at a large enterprise or at a leading agency supporting enterprise clients.Background/experience as a social content creator is a plusThe base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.
