Associate Manager, Co-Brand Portfolio Marketing

As Associate Manager, US Co-Brand Portfolio Marketing you will coordinate and/or assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for IHG’s Co-Brand credit card portfolio. In this role, you will ensure effective implementation of initiatives and serve as contact with internal services, external agencies, and partners for related projects. You will coordinate the production of marketing materials to support cardmember engagement, make tactical recommendations to meet objectives, and optimize available channels. Your day to day Assist in the development and implementation of an annual Co-Brand Portfolio (Cardmember) marketing plan ensuring effective use of all available channels, including, but not limited to direct mail, e-mail, website, app, and other member communications. Develop processes and delivery systems for all marketing programs that result in a continuous improvement of actual performance versus strategy. Work with partners, vendors, agencies and/or internal channel teams to develop specifications for each initiative, including but not limited to selection of target audience, creative approach, offer/ incentive and production details; present materials/recommendations to the Manager for approval; implement approved initiatives. Ensure each campaign/initiative has proper controls in place for accurate measurement and analysis; present results and recommendations for next iteration to manager for approval. Manage day-to-day relationship with advertising agency(s) and fulfillment vendor(s) in evaluating quality of production of all initiative materials, which includes providing direction and artwork to vendor as appropriate Through liaising with stakeholder teams, influence success and implementation of marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships across all functions at all levels to ensure maximum benefit from cross-functional synergies. Monitor all relevant competitive activity across all elements of the marketing mix and make appropriate recommendations to management. Support manager with other marketing projects as necessary. What we need from you Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience. 2 to 5 years progressive work related experience in corporate marketing environment with demonstrated technical proficiency related to the position including experience with internal and external communications and creative development. Experience with campaign management, comms plan development, go-to-market strategies and marketing tools. Demonstrated experience in promotional, channel or frequency marketing preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of marketing concepts and principles. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, management and staff. Good organizational and time management skills. Team player with a positive attitude, effective communication, interpersonal skills, and a focus on problem solving. Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint required. Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. The salary range for this role is $ 46,226 to $70,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
