Summit Sotheby’s International Realty is Utah’s most innovative real estate brokerage providing clients at all price points a luxury real estate experience. Our globally backed, in-house advertising agency is on the hunt for a proven strategic thinker to bring vision, execution and results to life as Summit Sotheby’s International Realty’s Marketing Operations Director for New Construction and Developments. Based in Salt Lake City and Park City Monday through Friday, this position is available immediately.
Position Overview
Director of Marketing Operations, New Developments sits at the intersection of strategy, project launches, budgets, creative deliverables, reporting and sales results. Reporting to Summit Sotheby’s International Realty’s Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of Developer Services, the Marketing Operations Director, New Developments is responsible for leading the charge of marketing operations for over 40 new construction and development communities across Utah. This role is paramount to the success of each project and developer partner’s sales volume, agent experience and consumer response. This role will collaborate with SSIR’s in-house team of marketing and creative professionals by owning and building budgets, overseeing the overall marketing and creative strategy, building deliverable timelines and reporting suites. This is a director level position that requires public speaking and presentation skills and an attitude founded in customer service and teamwork. About You

You understand how to build, manage, execute and report on marketing budgets. You’re able to champion a project from spreadsheet to concept, concept to execution and then execution to presentation and reporting. You are confident in your abilities and are able to succinctly express project strategies, go-to-market requirements and required investments to a wide variety of personalities including developers, builders and investors. You have proven results of your marketing and creative abilities, with a portfolio of work that showcases your talents specific to new construction or development projects. Your talents in Adobe Creative Cloud match your strategic and operational abilities. You understand the need for systems, operational discipline, turn times and vendor relationships to better support initiatives and vision. You excel at the art of storytelling and understand the need to differentiate and innovate through creative media. You enjoy a wide range of responsibilities ranging from developing creative marketplace positioning to implementing new systems, digging into P&L statements to building social media strategies. You have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on marketing experience with an emphasis on product launch and go-to market strategies. New community, construction, development or hotel experience required.
