ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Development Division is hiring a Director of Sales to lead the sales program at one or several new developments, depending on candidate capabilities. The Director of Sales will report to the EVP of New Development Sales in the relevant geographic territory. The role involves onboarding and managing sales agents, managing the CRM, reporting Sales Gallery traffic Daily, Weekly, Monthly, presenting purchase offers and overseeing the contract signing to closing process with purchasers, running weekly developer sales meetings, collaborating with Marketing to create cohesive sales and marketing programming, and designing, developing, and executing strategies to improve overall sales performance. Location: Miami/Fort Lauderdale, FL; compensation range varies by assignment. Responsibilities

Onboard and manage a high-performance sales team for luxury construction projects. Manage CRM, report Sales Gallery traffic daily, weekly, and monthly; present purchase offers and oversee contract signing to closing. Lead weekly developer sales meetings; collaborate with Marketing to create integrated sales and marketing programs. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for luxury developments. Guide site construction openings/closings of sales centers and model units. Ensure the purchase/sale process from point of sale to closing is well-managed by the sales team. Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing and manage client relationships. Coordinate with internal departments to maintain adequate inventory and ensure price points are fair, realistic, and profitable. Maintain flawless sales center presentation and marketing appeal; ensure services align with the developer’s and ONE Sotheby’s brand values (lifestyle, innovation, design, sustainability, quality and value). Achieve targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth; monitor opportunities to adjust sale prices for profitability. Maintain daily communication with clients, legal teams, outside brokers, construction and design teams, and other external parties involved in transactions. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to senior management. Work with EVP of Sales, Marketing Director, Research, and VP of Operations to implement complex sales and marketing strategies, inventory controls, incentives, and media plans aligned with development goals. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote the brand and expand presence in the luxury market. Manage third-party sales tools including MLS and CRM systems; stay informed about market trends and competitive developments to identify opportunities. Requirements

Strong Real Estate industry experience with Sales Leadership success; New Development/New Home Sales preferred. Active Florida Real Estate license required. Proven ability to communicate sales strategies and presentations across multiple channels and diverse client bases. Strong leadership and mentoring mindset with a track record of building healthy on-site team culture and executing results. Excellent interpersonal communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish; additional languages preferred but not required). Entrepreneurial and structured thinker/doer; prepared to share sales success stories and discuss examples of handling challenging situations. Benefits
