Overview
Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) runs a global Operator-Led Search Fund program, helping mid-career professionals to identify, acquire, grow, and exit established small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) typically faced with succession challenges. We are looking for a proactive Investor Relations Associate to join our Investor Relations team. This role will support communication and engagement with NCA’s network of co-investors while assisting the team in building and managing long-term relationships. You will help coordinate meetings, prepare reports, manage investor information, and support logistics around events and investor communications. The position is ideal for someone at the start of their Investor Relations career who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is eager to learn. Responsibilities
Investor Relations and Communication: Support in the development of a robust investor relations strategy and framework. Build consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties. Support smooth communication with current co-investors. Help coordinate any fund-raising efforts from NCA Search Funds when acquiring a Target Company. Assist in identifying and enrolling new co-investors into NCA’s Operator-led-Search Fund program. Support the coordination of investor events, conferences, and roadshows. Organize and coordinate calls or meetings with co-investors and NCA Portfolio Company CEOs. Perform analysis, prepare presentations, and other supporting materials related to co-investors. Research and propose relevant industry events, groups, or webinars for the IR team to attend. Reporting, Compliance, and Operations: Assist in preparing quarterly reports and other key communication materials. Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters. Work with NCA's internal teams on onboarding new co-investors and supporting Capital Calls. Update and maintain the CRM database with investor files and contact details. Support the IR team in carrying out administrative and other internal tasks as assigned. Requirements
Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Finance, or a related area (internships included). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Team player with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong work ethic, transparency, and reliability. Nice to Have:
Previous experience with CRM tools (Altvia). Previous exposure to working with investors, entrepreneurs, or executives. We Offer
