Work under the direction of Harris Health System\'s Executive Vice President, Chief Compliance and Risk Officer. Direct and assist with documentation standardization, management, and related initiatives; support process analysis and development. Impact and support the organization\'s accreditation and regulatory compliance for clinical and non-clinical operations and clinical practice. Collaborate with Senior Executive Leadership, Medical Staff, Corporate Compliance, Accreditation, the Harris County Attorney\'s Office, and other personnel in performance of assigned duties. Ensure organizational documentation standardization complies with accreditation and regulatory standards (including but not limited to DNV Accreditation Standards, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Guidelines, Texas Department of Health and Human Services regulations, state law) and other regulatory/accrediting bodies (e.g., Cancer Registry, Stroke Center Certification, Trauma Center Certification). Minimum Qualifications

Degrees: Bachelor\'s degree in Technical Communications, English, Journalism, Business, or related field required. Master\'s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, JD, or similar) preferred. Work Experience: Seven (7) years in development of policies, procedures, or similar documents, including technical writing experience. Management Experience: Five (5) years in management of policies, procedures, or similar documents; project management; performance improvement. Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking), Writing / Correspondence, Writing / Reports. Proficiencies: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, Personal Computer, Typing. Job Attributes: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Analytical, Design, Mathematics, Medical Terms, Research, Statistical. Work Schedule: Flexible.
