We are currently seeking a Distribution Dock Attendant for 1st and 2nd Shifts at our Cincinnati, OH facility.

Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM; Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Overtime

• Over Time Schedule & Hours: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Primary Responsibilities

• Wrap customer orders using an automated pallet wrapper.
• Work with distribution auditors to ensure product is loaded on correct trailers.
• Ensure customer paperwork is correct before it ships.
• Ensure all orders have the correct packing slips and labels applied.
• Correctly load wrapped pallets in the correct carriers’ trailers.
• Operate a forklift to load and unload trailers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Mental and visual concentration must be maintained on the floor.
• Average manual dexterity.
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role/environment is preferred.
• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
• 1+ year of forklift experience.
• Ability to multi-task and work with others including distribution employees and the order management team.
• Detail oriented with the ability to keep accurate and organized shipping documents.

Requirements

• Must obtain a forklift license to operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment.
• Must be able to pass forklift certification/recertification course.
• Must be able to lift, stoop, bend, walk, pull, and carry up to 75 pounds on a 100% basis.
• Must be comfortable working in an environment with possible exposure to lost-time accidents.
• 75% of shift spent standing.
• Must be comfortable working in a non-temperature controlled environment.
• Proficient math skills and ability to read, write, add, and subtract.
