Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to lead our manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing production efficiency and ensuring the highest standards of quality control across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage manufacturing projects to improve process efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product standards are met.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and resolve issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing defects.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and manufacturing staff on best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related role.
  • Proven experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
