Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer

Location: Tucson, AZ

Salary: $110,000-$130,000

Position Overview
The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability. This role involves working closely with production teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvement plans using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with injection molding processes and plastics manufacturing.
