Office Supervisor

LHH Recruitment is working with a financial company in Mesa. This company is in search of a full time office supervisor to join their small team. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The salary range is between $55k-$65k
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong background in administrative support and calendar management. In this dual-role position, you will oversee the daily operations of the office while supporting leadership with scheduling and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team and staff
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure office efficiency
  • Greet clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience
  • Maintain organized records, files, and internal documentation
  • Order and manage office supplies and vendor relationships
  • Assist with internal communication and scheduling across departments
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support or office management
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and calendar scheduling tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Professional demeanor and customer service skills

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
