Job Location: Annapolis, MD, Northern VA
Job Salary: $120k - $160k DOE
Requirements: 10+ years of commercial construction experience.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily construction operations and ensure project milestones are met.
Manage project scheduling and budgeting to ensure efficient use of resources.
Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and OSHA regulations.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
Lead and manage site teams, fostering a positive work environment and effective communication.
Interpret and review blueprints and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the best value for the project.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Proficient in blueprint reading and construction documentation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
