Senior Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards while effectively managing stakeholders and resources.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential issues before they impact project delivery.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and reported accurately.
Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and collaboration.
Implement change management processes to address project scope changes and stakeholder requests effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven experience in general contracting (GC) and managing construction projects.
Strong knowledge of stakeholder management and effective communication strategies.
Experience with risk management and developing mitigation plans.
Demonstrated skills in budgeting and resource allocation for successful project execution.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in project management.
Leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
