Job Title: Project Manager/Estimator
Job Location: Knoxville, TN or Cleveland, TN
Salary: $85K-135K
Requirements: 5+ years of highway, structures and commercial site development experience required. Experienced with Precast/Prestressed concrete required.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and managing concrete and asphalt projects, as well as experience with bridges and structures. The Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
Oversee project execution and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
Prepare and present project proposals to stakeholders
Manage project documentation and reporting
Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager and Estimator in construction
Strong knowledge of concrete, asphalt, and precast structures
Experience with bridge and commercial construction projects
Familiarity with project management software and tools
