Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee roofing projects in both residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee roofing projects from inception to completion
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Utilize Acumatica and Assignar for project management and tracking
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the roofing industry
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial roofing processes
- Proficiency in project management software, particularly Acumatica and Assignar
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
