Position Overview The Roofing Project Manager will oversee roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing a team of roofers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee roofing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate with clients to assess their needs and provide project updates.
- Manage and supervise a team of roofers, ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance.
- Develop project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure materials and services are delivered as needed.
- Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems and materials.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance in the roofing industry.
