We are seeking a driven and experienced Technical Project Manager/Agile Scrum Master with 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrated enterprise solutions to join our team at Solar Turbines. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, hands-on executor, actionable communicator, and deep problem solver who excels in project leadership, enforcing accountability, and understanding project goals. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, partnering with the business, product, and development teams to ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and meet quality standards. You will coach Agile practices, remove blockers, foster continuous improvement, and ensure team alignment and focus. What You’ll Do
Understand project goals to make informed decisions and guide the team effectively. Engage deeply in the product domain to understand the why behind the work and help drive meaningful outcomes. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of goals and priorities. Lead and facilitate all core Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinements). Coach and mentor team members on Scrum practices and Agile principles to ensure adherence and continuous improvement. Proactively identify and remove impediments that block progress or impact velocity. Resolve conflicts within the team to ensure smooth progress Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies across teams and leadership. Implement mitigation strategies to manage project risks and ensure successful delivery. Build and maintain delivery dashboards and KPIs to track team performance, velocity, and project status. Use quality and delivery metrics along with team feedback to drive continuous improvement. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project participants. Drive multiple concurrent projects, ensuring transparency, alignment, and accountability. Partner with the IT Manager, Product Owners, Customer Success Managers, and technical architects on quarterly PI planning. What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related STEM discipline. 8 years of technical project management experience, including planning, executing, and closing enterprise projects. 8 years of experience with technical workshops, project planning, work prioritization, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery. 8 years of business analysis and documentation of business requirements. 5 years of hands-on Agile/Scrum. 5 years of performing gap analysis for Enterprise applications. 5 years of hands-on Enterprise application development and system integration experience. 5 years of Quality Assurance experience, including leading UAT, Solution, and Integration testing. 5 years of training and management experience. 5 years of hyper support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and production support experience. 5 years of customer-facing consulting experience, including managing multiple projects using SCRUM. Strong time management, work prioritization, and ability to shift priorities to meet deadlines and milestones. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in SQL and Azure DevOps. Agile Scrum Certified (CSM & CSPO). Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading large-scale agile transformations and managing multi-team projects using SCRUM, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other Agile frameworks. Salesforce project experience. Proven track record in executing web-based, integrated enterprise, cloud, and third-party application integration projects. Strong knowledge of Scrum artifacts and techniques. These may include the Definition of Done, backlog refinement, and user stories. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and understand corporate strategy. Experience with continuous delivery and integration, frequent production deployments, and creating a hosting architecture diagram. Knowledge of AWS, Azure, mobile, and cloud applications, as well as firewalls. WebScan and security protocols. SAFe certification is a plus. This position requires working onsite five days a week.
