Lead cross-functional product teams to deliver innovative solutions in delivery management, driver platforms, and last-mile logistics. Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritize features that maximize customer and business impact. Establish success metrics (on-time delivery, NPS, cost per delivery, driver retention/engagement) and drive continuous improvement.

Partner with engineering to develop flexible, scalable platforms that can support growth across delivery channels.
