Are you a visionary sales leader ready to shape the future of digital commerce? We’re seeking a

Director of Sales

to lead our eCommerce division,

OnlineComponents , in Phoenix, AZ. As the architect of our sales strategy, you’ll align revenue goals with a digital-first vision, designing scalable frameworks, coaching high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. You’ll own the forecast, pipeline, and performance analytics, while ensuring customers experience a seamless, differentiated journey across digital and human touchpoints. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, and have a track record of building and scaling dynamic sales organizations, we’d love to have you lead our team in driving the next phase of our digital growth. What you will do?

Sales Strategy & Execution

Drive eCommerce sales strategy aligned with revenue and digital growth goals

Optimize segmentation to deploy ISRs and Account Managers by spend, engagement, and potential

Integrate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to streamline leads, onboarding, and retention

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and elevate Inside Sales, Account Management, and ADR teams

Define roles, career paths, and performance standards

Instill accountability, collaboration, and customer-first focus

Recruit and cultivate top talent to build future leaders

Performance Management & Analytics

Own forecasting, pipeline health, and KPI dashboards

Set role-specific targets: conversion, retention, growth, pipeline creation, adoption

Apply analytics to refine segmentation, territories, and incentive models

Customer Experience & Growth

Deliver seamless customer journeys across digital and human touchpoints

Expand key accounts through strategic planning and collaboration

Champion adoption of eCommerce tools (API, punchout, BOM, dashboards) to boost digital sales share

What you bring to the table!

Bring 10–12 years of progressive sales leadership, ideally in B2B distribution, manufacturing, or eCommerce

Proven success in building and scaling multi-layered sales teams (inside sales, account management, sales development)

Command expertise in segmentation, pipeline management, and digital sales enablement

Demonstrate strong analytical skills with mastery of CRM, ERP, and eCommerce tools

Excel in leadership, communication, and change management

Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in fast-paced settings
