CyberCoders is hiring: Project Manager - Civil Construction in Albany

This company takes good care of their employees - average employee tenure is 9+ years and their benefits package is excellent.

They do about $100M in projects per year and are looking for a Civil PM with 5+ years experience to work a Lake Placid job for one year before relocating to the Albany area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple civil construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project plans, including defining scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Oversee procurement processes, including selection of contractors and suppliers.
• Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure accurate project records.
• Ensure the successful execution of construction work in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
• Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates, challenges, and solutions to the team.
• Manage project risks and promote a culture of safety within the team.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years civil construction PM experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Sage 300, Procore, or similar
• Familiarity with LEED certifications and sustainable construction practices.
• Sitework experience a plus
