Role Description
This is a part-time (20 hours), on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Atlanta, GA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing office communications, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support. Additional tasks include data entry, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting in coordinating office events and activities.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Docs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in office administration or similar roles
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with real estate industry is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
