Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and proofread legal documents, motions, complaints, and contracts

  • E-file in Federal and Texas state courts using ECF systems

  • Manage busy attorney calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Handle billing and expense processing via Carpe Diem and Chrome River

  • Prepare client materials, open new matters, and run conflict checks

  • Maintain firm document management system (NetDocs)

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a mid-to-large firm

  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, filing protocols, and formatting standards

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, NetDocs, Carpe Diem, Chrome River

  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $78,000.00 to $82,000.00 per year
