Key Responsibilities
Draft and proofread legal documents, motions, complaints, and contracts
E-file in Federal and Texas state courts using ECF systems
Manage busy attorney calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle billing and expense processing via Carpe Diem and Chrome River
Prepare client materials, open new matters, and run conflict checks
Maintain firm document management system (NetDocs)
Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant experience in a mid-to-large firm
Strong understanding of legal terminology, filing protocols, and formatting standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office, NetDocs, Carpe Diem, Chrome River
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
