Position Summary
The Department of Family and Community Medicine seeks to hire a detail-oriented, self-motivated Office Assistant to assist with clerical duties. This position requires a reliable, organized person who has good time-management and communication skills. The student will be required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, Monday-Thursday between 8am-5pm.
Duties include:
- Updating reports, entering data and creating spreadsheets
- Sorting and delivering mail and packages
- Greeting and directing visitors
- Email communication with staff and faculty
- Update and maintain files
- Assist with power point presentations
- Prepare various documents
- Other duties as assigned
