Position

Location: Joe Basil Chevrolet - 5111 Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043

Schedule

Full Time - Mon & Tue 8am-5pm, Weds 9am-6pm, Thurs 11am-7pm, Friday and Saturday are rotating 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm (one of the days you will have off)

Compensation

Between $18.00-20.00 per hour (based on knowledge, experience, store franchise and volume).

Job Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry.
• Administrative Support: Ensure accuracy and timeliness when stocking in vehicles as well as working through any issues that may arise.
• Administrative Support: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Payment Processing: Accurately process cash, credit card, and check transactions for services and parts.
• Payment Processing: Issue receipts and ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Payment Processing: Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift and prepare daily deposit reports.
• Clerical Duties: Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.
• Clerical Duties: Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
• Communication: Coordinate communication between departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
• Communication: Relay messages and information to appropriate staff members.
• Communication: Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
