Position Summary
This is a managerial-level role responsible for overseeing and executing our complete marketing vision — from brand development and positioning to digital campaigns, social media, paid advertising, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a proven track record of growing healthcare or luxury lifestyle brands through thoughtful storytelling, performance marketing, and creative leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall marketing strategy to support business growth, brand awareness, and patient acquisition across all practice locations
- Own brand development and positioning to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, both internal and external
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, referral, influencer, email, in-office) tailored to luxury and aesthetic audiences
- Direct Social Media Coordinator's content strategy for social platforms
- Work closely with leadership and providers to develop and promote new services, launches, and high-ROI campaigns
- Develop and support brand event calendars across providers and locations.
- Oversee paid media strategy (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) in collaboration with agencies or freelancers
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to report on ROI, optimize campaigns, and guide decision-making
- Support PR efforts, influencer/ambassador collaborations, and strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other advertising guidelines specific to medical marketing
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or manager-level role
- Proven success building or scaling luxury, lifestyle, beauty/aesthetic or healthcare brands
- Strong experience with digital marketing strategy, paid advertising, social media, content development, and SEO
- Understanding of aesthetic medicine or private practice healthcare landscape (plastic surgery experience is a plus)
- Data-driven mindset with deep experience in KPI analysis, CRM tools, and reporting
- Exceptional communication, copywriting, and brand storytelling skills
- Hands-on experience managing creative production (photo/video/content) or creative production team
- Collaborative and proactive leadership style, ready to lead in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (or experience managing creative teams)
- Google Analytics / GA4
