About the Role
We are excited to offer the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at our dynamic organization. In this strategic role, you will partner directly with the President/CEO to spearhead innovative HR directives and strategies that align with our mission and goals. You will oversee comprehensive HR operations including talent management, salary administration, employee relations, performance evaluation, payroll, benefits administration, policy implementation, and compliance. Your leadership will ensure that our HR strategies are responsive to employee needs and foster a positive working environment.
Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with a strong preference for SPHR certification. You should possess at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in HR leadership roles, showcasing a deep understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. Exceptional conflict resolution skills, influencing ability, and motivation of team members are essential for success in this position. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and experience in coaching and mentoring HR professionals is a plus.
This role includes managing a dedicated team, and while it may involve occasional travel, you can expect to engage with a supportive and collaborative senior management team. A commitment to working beyond 40 hours a week may be needed to meet important organizational goals.
