Variable 3x12-Hour (Days: 07:00–19:00 | Nights: 19:00–07:00) Weekend Requirement: 4–5 weekend shifts (Sat–Sun) for day shift 5–6 weekend shifts (Fri–Sat) for night shift One full weekend off per 4-week schedule On-call: Yes, as needed Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Float across PICU, CVICU, and NICU based on facility needs Provide care to neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents in critical care settings Must be flexible with unit assignments and patient acuity Strong clinical decision-making in a high-acuity environment Required Experience and Skills: Minimum

2 years of PICU

experience or strong CVICU background with float experience Experience in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency medication administration Travel experience preferred or demonstrated floating adaptability CA RN license (active or with ETA) Flu vaccine required (no exemptions) Certifications Required: BLS PALS Charting System: Epic Key Clinical Skills: Central Line/PICC care Arterial line management IV therapy, phlebotomy, TPN/lipids Ventilator and tracheostomy management BiPAP/CPAP, suctioning, ABG interpretation CVP monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation Administration of IV vasopressors Procedural sedation Infection control, NG tube management, insulin administration Urinary catheter care Preferred Skills: Charge RN experience Trauma Level I experience ECMO Congenital heart disease care Neurologic monitoring: EVD, ICP, VP shunt management Teaching hospital background About HonorVet Technologies
