Job Summary:

The Client Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing assistance, guidance, and solutions to ensure an excellent customer experience. This role is responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to clients regarding products, services, or accounts.

Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases as needed.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in company systems.

Educate clients on company services, policies, and best practices.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

Monitor client satisfaction and follow up to ensure successful resolution.

Identify opportunities to improve client experience and recommend solutions.

Support the onboarding of new clients by guiding them through processes and systems.

Qualifications amp; Skills:

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or support roles.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
