Golden Shift Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive prompt, professional, and effective support. You will work closely with multiple departments to resolve inquiries, provide solutions, and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, escalating when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company CRM. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and processes. Assist in training and onboarding new team members as needed. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in customer support or related roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Additional Information
