Industry Food & Beverages Type Privately Held About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President of Human Resources to join our Executive Leadership Team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and implementation of the company’s HR strategy, ensuring it aligns with our organizational goals and growth initiatives. As a champion of our strong company culture, you will drive employee engagement across our multiple facilities. Your responsibilities will include spearheading talent management and development programs, overseeing HR operations and compliance, and leading initiatives that promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A senior-level HR certification is required. We are seeking a leader with at least 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role such as VP of HR or CHRO, preferably within a food manufacturing environment. You should possess a proven track record of building, transforming, and scaling HR functions for organizations with 500+ employees. Strong executive presence, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence at all levels are essential. Your proficiency in HR systems, particularly Paylocity, along with advanced Excel skills, will be crucial to your success in this role.
