What You'll Do
- Sourcing for engineering, GTM, and ops-from cold outreach to interview coordination
- Process design: data-driven pipelines, scorecards, and metrics that scale with headcount
- Candidate experience: engage with each candidate actively and with care to leave a strong impression and reflect our values
- Collaborative hiring: work with Founders, rest of team, agencies to drive hiring strategy based on growth goals
- Storytelling: pitch Giga's mission so convincingly that top talent can't walk away
- Bring 1+ years closing hard-to-find technical talent with measurable wins
- Thrive in 0-1 environments scrappy, fast, and detail-obsessed
- Refuse to compromise on quality

- Communicate with clarity and conviction at every step
