This includes supervising and directing staff, coordinating third-party administration, negotiating contracts, and overseeing general financial operations. The successful candidate will also be involved in member recruitment and retention, communication with municipal officials, and the development of legal defense strategies. A close partnership with the CEO and the Board of Directors is essential, as the COO will be expected to attend and coordinate all board meetings and be actively engaged in the company's activities.
