We are currently seeking a full- timePayroll Accountanttojoin our Corporate HR team.
The Payroll Accountant is responsible for processing, reconciling, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll transactions while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires proficiency with automated payroll and timekeeping systems, preferably Paycom, as well as payroll tax laws and financial reconciliation. The Payroll Accountant collaborates with Finance and HR to ensure seamless payroll operations and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- FPC or CPP certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll accounting experience in a mid-to-large-sized organization.
- Strong experience with Paycom payroll software (processing, reporting, and tax compliance).
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll tax laws and payroll reconciliation.
- Experience working with general ledger payroll accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial analysis).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential payroll data.
