We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and analytics that power our go-to-market engine. This role will ensure our marketing team runs efficiently, campaigns are tracked and optimized, and data flows seamlessly between marketing and sales to drive predictable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Systems & Process Management
• Own the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, etc.), ensuring integrations are accurate and optimized.
• Develop and maintain campaign, lead, and account scoring models to prioritize sales-ready opportunities.
• Ensure data hygiene and governance for leads, contacts, and accounts across CRM.
• Operationalize campaign workflows, from ABM plays to webinar follow-up, ensuring repeatability and scalability.
Reporting & Analytics
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline attribution, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Partner with Sales Ops to deliver end-to-end funnel visibility (leads → opportunities → closed-won).
• Monitor KPIs such as MQL → SQL conversion, pipeline coverage, CAC payback, and campaign ROI.
• Deliver insights that guide investment decisions in channels, campaigns, and events.
Collaboration & Enablement
• Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales on campaign planning and execution.
• Support ABM programs with account targeting, list segmentation, and engagement reporting.
• Train the marketing team on systems, dashboards, and best practices.
• Provide feedback loops to continuously improve campaign execution and sales/marketing alignment.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related field (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Strong expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM.
• Hands-on experience with campaign attribution models and pipeline reporting.
• Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; BI tool experience a plus (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Nice to Have: experience with ABM platforms (Terminus), sales engagement tools, or project controls/enterprise software.
